The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

We the residents of KPHB Colony, Road NO 3, EWS:,724,725, requesting you to change the drainage pipeline as the present line is causing severe blockage each and every single day due to which we are effecting with health issues. So please consider our request and change the pipeline as early as possible.

We are facing mosquitoes problem in our area prakash nagar begumpet near narasimha swamy temple 500016. On regular bases and two days once . And they will not come properly and they only sweep the roads and they won't take the dispose things .If we asked also they are asking to pay money for that . So please do needful help as soon as possible .

dear sir ,in saicheran colony people are cleaning roads when water comes , told them not to do as water is to be used house purpose , not foe road cleaning, Ghmc people never come to street, mosquto are on high danger at this area , no one looking in to it. Dear sir,
This is srikanth from tulasinagar which is on the way to pragathinagar. We are facing many problems with the mosquitoes in the area which are due to the algae grown in the lake. As a result of the mosquitoes, cases of malaria were reported. Please take immediate action and resolve the issue.

There is a lot of problems we are facing due to heavy mosquito storm in our area : Tulasi Nagar, opp. Aditya hones, Kukatpally.
This is mainly because of the heavily grown ALGAE Creepers in the Addagutta lake. Please help us by providing a solution for this.

We are suffering with heavy mosquito storm daily in our area Tulasi nagar behind petrol bunk road Pragathi Nagar Road kphb
Kindly address the issues with immediate effect to help us from this worst situation. People are not even getting 2 hours of sleep due to the situation. This is to infrom you that medquest diagnostics center in madinaguda , keep their water tank filling tap open and every time when the fill the tank . they did not close it and this result in wasting of gallons of water. i personally visited manytimes to inform them that their water tank is full and please close the Tap and take care of it further. but they are not thinking about it . so i really request you to please take a strong action against them and fine them for this.

This is to informed you that, waste collection GHMC auto not Come to our Raghvendra colony, Road number 2, suchitra, qultubullpur 500055 on regular basis or two days once. If they come also there is no actual time. Who are going office its difficult job to catch GHMC auto to dispose the waste. Since from one week waste depositing in my home. Kindly advise where I have to dispose. Even we are paying 70 rupees per month. Only we are speaking our city to be clean but without basic requirement to disposal waste how come possible. If i have customer care number also only ringing . Please consider my requests and do the needful . Help to keep our city to clean
