The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Dust collection boy was not coming in our area properly I.e is in kukatpally yellamabanda he is coming and collecting monthly twice please take the compliant and please solve it

I am murthy,
From Whitefields kondapoor , we are complaining about our residential area ,consistency of Sharelingampally and MLA Sri.Rk pudi gandhi , from before assembly elections they are announced for our Main road near (Eepress towers building) specially granted for widening Roads and flat farms ,from today onwards there is NO work take up single work, in this road continues very traffic regularly, and recently Traffic police are came and closed main entrance of Whitefields way of near BOTANICAL ,GACHIBOWLI direction road,
and so many accidents are done particularly in this way, and everybody occupied without Mch permissions, kindly under stand b for our residents difficulties.

Tried reaching on 155304 no response,

Garbage collection guys are not comming since 10 days in Abyudaya Sneha Enclave..Bolarum,We paid them the charges on 1st of this month, After that they disappeared..

Kindly check & Do the needfull

i am a resident in telecom nagar, road num 10, Gachibowli. Garbage is not being collected since 10 days. This has become a habit for the pickup guy. Despite of several complaints there is no improvement. we are unable to keep the garbage outside due to stray dogs and monkeys in this area. Request you to proper action and see that garbage is collected atleast once in 3 days.

dear sir,I am resident of Sai Chandra residency ,machha Bolarum,despite my repeated complains to your office,my neighbours have not corrected there kitchen chimney hose which is extended to wards my flat No.401 emitting smoke at my entrance,also they are keeping open waste bins at corridors permanently stinking allover.I made an intial request to my president Mr.Muthyam Reddy who is also the landlord,he released a circular to this effect,but there were results,there was no follow up.I also visited your sanitation deptt. at alwal circle,as per incharge our society is much powerful than municipal authy.they ofcourse visited once met the president and remarked as complain genuine on my application but my neighbour was not even warned or given a notice on the subject matter,Iam a law abiding citizen and do believe in our system I am also scared because there had been two such fighting cases in my building and under judicial process,to avoid all theses difficulties I am looking for your suggestion on the matter,
