GHMC 24x7 Grievance Cell: 155304

Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Due to continuous rain till last night, there are lot of mosquitoes in our society...request you to please conduct 2-3 continuous fogging in order to get rid of mosquitoes and to avoid diseases.

Why these helplines are created when nobody ever respond to these numbers.Such a shame for the entire system. No wonder why our cities are so dirty and mismanaged.

So many people are complaining regarding mosquitoes, but your GHMC team are not responding at all, we will teach a lession to TRS in the up coming central elections, have a nice day.

The digging has been done for the roadwork &the dibris is leftover without leveling.water & phone lines are damage due to which difficulties for the students.plz locate to this matter & resolve the issue at earlir.thanking you, Al-Siddique High School,Bahadurpura,Hyd

Hello Sir,

Due to rains in the morning on 31st august 2016, our lane was flooded with naala water in padma colony....street no 2.....near hanuman temple... nallakunta hyd....the dirty keechad(naala waste) has spread all over...plz take necessary action to clean the dirt and plz provide pesticide spray in this area especially street no.2 urgently.....i'll appreciate your immediate stop dengue,malaria from spreading.

The open drainage wall opp H. No 2-17 -5/6 , plot no 85,in Dharmapuri colony , uppal, Hyderabad is broken and adjuscent Road may give away . please repair drainage retention wall so that road is saved.

This is Hemant masabtank, Hyderabad - 28. In our locality street lights are not glowing since 24 months, I have been complaining so many times to the consult authorities, but their is no action regarding the glowing of street lights, please rectify the street lights in our line as soon as possible.

THE SYSTEM ADOPTED BY GHMC TO RECEIVE GRIEVANCES FROM PUBLIC IS CUMBERSOME. pUBLIC CANNOT REACH GHMC SO EASILY. pERHAPS, THIS IS DONE TO MINIMISE THE COMPLAINTS . FOR THE LAST 4/5 MONTHS, I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GIVE A COMPLAINT AGAINST ANIMAL MENACE IN OUR COLONY. WITH PHTOGRAPHS. bUT, i AM NOT ABLE TO REACH YOU BY ANY MODE. oNLY WAY LEFT IS THROUGH POST ONLY. bUT, iPUBLIC EXCEPT THAT COMPLAINIING PROCEDURE SHOULD BE VERY EASY. The system should be in such manner, that any matter should be received by them and should be sorted out subject wise and department wise by them and forwarded immediately without delay and the complainant should be given mobile no. of the department or person going to attend or solve the problem.

There is a lot of problems we are facing due to heavy mosquito storm in our area : Tulasi Nagar, opp. Aditya hones, Kukatpally.
This is mainly because of the heavily grown ALGAE Creepers in the Addagutta lake. Please help us by providing a solution for this.

This is to bring to your notice that, a hotel named Sai baba hotel, Balanagar, Hyderabad, Raju Colony road is maintaing improper and zero graded food and ambience, with waiters looks like brought from slumps and food that is bought are third graded. I request the officials to look into this serious issue asap. The kitchen and water looks like sewage grounds. In the name of business the owner is playing with public health. I request the officials to looks into this issue that is playing with public health.
