Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

respected sir in ranmaspura have legalised slaughterhouse but people of these area use illegal slaughtering of animal in bilal nagar so many problems are create for residentials important one is health in my home yearly my children suffering from dengue platelets low plzzz action my query

I am from sachivalaya Nagar, vanasthalipuram. The roads were digged for laying of stepic tanks. The work was completed 3,months ago but till today the roads was not layed. It is getting difficult to drive 2 wheeler on the roads. Please take necessary actions and lay the roads.

sir, regarding pagiah plaza building, near ghmc hyderabad, no safety measures for building, nearly thousand people are working in this, plz have a look in to this building, some or the other construction will be going on, who has given permision, earlier also there was a tranformer blast in this building, look in to the matter inspect building

Respected GHMC officials .I am a resident of east jawahar Nagar, Moulali. Problems in our colony is mainly the colony entering roads are occupied by some of the house owners by planting trees and constructed a walls also after few days.By this the roads have become very narrow and some of them don't want to pay for municipal people and throw the garbage daily on roads only. Many people are trying to object them, but they are using very filthy language and telling us to complaint whom u want .No one in GHMC can do nothing to us, we have many contacts. Pls I ask u people to once visit our colony and give a warning to those people and clear our problems. Thank you.

So many people are complaining regarding mosquitoes, but your GHMC team are not responding at all, we will teach a lession to TRS in the up coming central elections, have a nice day.

sir,
We are residents of Khanamet and Izzath Nagar area near Hitex exhibition centre under Serilingampally Municipality. We are suffering with the following problems.
1.There is no traffic signal point at Gousia Masjid center though it is seven roads junction with heavy traffic in office hours and lot of accidents occurring at the junction.
2. Road No.1, Shilpahils lay out connecting Hi-tech city Railway Station and Gousia Masjid center is completely damaged due to heavy flow of traffic from JNTU area to Hitec city and also movement of heavy loaded trucks in night time.
Hence we request you to take necessary action immediately in this regard.
