The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

my nebhour is constructing a govt approach road and come forward 20sft to front side of road
we request him already he construct 4floors with out permission and now he comming forward with slab to the road side the construction is dangerious to public and us.

GHMC lorries are now dumping drainage soil in open plots located in BKEnclave, Miyapur. Residents are resisting to it because of spreading corona virus. Highly distressing to observe GHMC are responsible for a mindless,dangerous way of spreading virus instead taking steps to irradicate.

Wanted to complain about the Ammavari temple in Naryanguda, opposite Reddy Women's college. They play loud songs and chant mantras on full speaker volume which is highly disturbing both morning and evening. I have old age people in the house and they are not able to cope up with this noise pollution.

Dear sir,

I would like to bring you the notice that near macha bolaram(ganesh nagar) some builders are doing land capture in that area as per the survey map that area comes under the GHMC ALWAL PARK, but these builders are daily coming and checking the area infact telanaga MLA minister hanumant sir also came and check the park land and done the survey he also suggested to the colony people that this park comes under the GHMC PARK but the builder denying it. So i would like to inform you ASAP please build some boundary area for that park area so that the incocent people will not get cheat with him.

Sincere request sir please take necessary step ASAP

I am from Surya Nagar Colony Tolichowki, last month also I raised a complaint but still no response. Again I am raising the Complaint regarding Garbage.

Sir the Covid - 19 situation is going on, in our area their are collecting the garbage 3 days in once or weekly once, we are keeping the garbage in our homes for a week or minimum 3 days.

Our area Secretary is collecting 150rs per month, when we complaint he is saying there are 700 houses in area so it will not possible for daily or alternate days, it should be like that only. and he told to garbage cleaner to stop collecting the garbage from our area.

Total He is Collecting 105000/ Rs
And he is paying to the garbage cleaner is 12,000/Rs Including Diesel.

Sir Kindly Take the action Please.

We residents of majestic mansions near syamlal begumpet Hyd-16.to bring to your notice and to complain about sale of fish on road next to entrance gate from a bunk errected on our complex's outer compound wall. The sales of fish starts by 6.00AM and continues till evening. During this the vedors undertake descaling of fish, cutting and do sales and throwing fishes bio wastes water etc on the public roads and causing stinking smell which will cause spreading of epidemic deceases. During this covid regime it is likely to cause community spreading too. The bunks set on the road side on payments are unauthorized. May we request the GHMC commissioner to look in to this aspect personally as our earlier requests have not yeilded results thanks.

sri iam resident of ramnagar gundu,ganeash nagar colony ADRESS 1-9-286/2/4/2, if it rain any day the street our colony sub merg with water the same water entere into our coumpound we cannot go out from our house and our colony was low laying aera the rain water form upper aera flowing to our colony there was i requst make necssary manholes sothe rain water should be diverted
