Six Accused In Murder Of Rowdy Sheeter Syed Naseer Arrested

The Kanchanbagh police, along with the South-East Zone Task Force, arrested six out of seven accused in the murder of 25-year-old history sheeter Syed Naseer alias Basha Khan at Hafeez Baba Nagar on September 13.

The accused were identified as principal accused Baba Shingtay alias Baba Shinde, 52, a realtor, of Naseeb Nagar, Phool Bagh, Chandrayangutta; A2 Aakash Shingtay alias Aakash Shinde, student, of Naseeb Nagar; A3 Syed Shah Abdul Jabbar alias Suleman, of Tower Galli, near Harmain Hotel, Hashamabad, Chandrayangutta; A4 Prem Mane alias Laddu, resident of Kachi Road, Hafeez Baba Nagar; A5 Kaif Mohiuddin alias Irfan alias Kaif, student, of Hafeez Baba Nagar; A6 Ather (absconding); and A7 Shaik Hasham Ali alias Hashim, of Phool Bagh, Chandrayangutta.

The police registered a case under sections 120(B), 302, 506, 109 and 201 read with 34 of the IPC, and under section 25(1)(B) and 27 of the Indian Arms Act, in the Kanchanbagh police station, Hyderabad.

Basha Khan was murdered in front of his own house, and in front of his own mother and brother. He had a criminal history, and was accused of murdering the son of the principal accused Baba Shinde in 2020.
