The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Its been regularly observed that there is a continuously flow of drainage near spr gardens, and the area beside Auckland residency has become a garbage center.. there are lot of snakes too due to this dirt and countless mosquitoes. This is effecting people's health. Kindly look into this

it is bring to ur kind notice that sir nearlt about 20 to 30 street dogs sitting and sleeping opp to ghmc malkajgiri at night time and shouting and crying in the night time creating horrible noise, unable tleep peacefully, sir i request u to pls do the needful

Sir,

I am a resident of Sainathapuram, old safilguda , Malkajgiri. On the way from our residence to DAV public school in Safilguda, the road near the junction where it joins Vinayak Nagar is ready in bad condition with pot holes on either side for a stretch of 30 feet or so. It is like this for more than a month. The road is in a dangerous condition and can easily cause accident s. There is a high risk during school timings with many parents dropping their wArds on two wheelerS. Also there is a Bus stop at tHe same spot and it is just before a the junction adding to the traffic woes. Please have the concerned department look into it and fix the issue.

Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that the slit is not lifting from the street road, and it is lying as a pile attracting mosquitoes and every one falling sick. Also drainage manhole covers has been damaged by road laying contractors recently, no action has been taken so far. Kindly solve the problem.

This is to bring to your notice that garbage has not been collected in the Ramakrishna Nagar, Madinaguda area and it is lying as a pile attracting mosquitoes, snakes etc. When requested those muncipal people who had come to pick the pile in adjacent road, they had demanded money in thousands. Could the in charge look into this matter and allocate some one to do the needful.

This is to bring to your notice that the garbage is not being collected from the Krishna Nagar road no 5,Moulali,behind Venu Gopala temple area on a daily basis. This is causing much inconvenience. The garbage collecting peoples are demanding 80rs else they are not collecting the garbage.

I request you to do the needful.

Garbage people are not coming to our area. They we're collecting waste for once in a week. People in our area are suffering with that garbage people. And charging 80 per month. And I didn't receive any dustbins from the municipal corporation. Plz kindly take about our request. Thanking you

Complaint given to ghmc about road block , residences chanchalguda Malakpet H .no 16-4-650/5 in front of my house road fully block because of sand not removed from road . Some vehicle also fall down and skading small kids get minner injuries on hand or leg since two month gone but problem was not solve . because of construction . construction also stop 4 month .pls take a action on that we are in trouble sir solve that as soon as possible

There is a flow of drainage in my lane due to this , the drainage water is coming in inside my house and bowli I complained last before election and after election I gone so many time baradare office he was telling coming to your house but till now the problem was not solve then I was called to my area Coprater so please as soon as possible solve my problem.
