The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

This is to bring to your notice that the garbage is not being collected from the Jawaharpura colony, Yakuthpura, area on a daily basis. This is causing much inconvenience. The garbage collecting peoples are demanding 100rs else they are not collecting the garbage.

I request you to do the needful.

Sir,
It is bring to your kind notice that the sewarage water drains are overflowing opposite to abhyasa children school, in O.U.Colony, Shaikpet, Hyderabad for the past one week. The unbearable foul smell from this dirty water making the residents in the area. Worst sufferers are westren plaza gated community and school children of weaker sections hostel. Please look in to the problem

8-2-708/1. There is a flow of drainage in my lane due to this , the drainage water is coming in inside my house through borrwell pipes so please as soon as possible solve my problem. Thanking you.

I am the Resident of H. No. 30-647/1/9/1/B,Simhadri Nagar, Chandragiri Colony, Hyderabad -500 056.
I would like to inform you that due small rains also heavy water is not going any where and drastically stored in front of all houses and coming inside the houses.Due to this water we are getting bad smell and mosquitoes are increasing which leads to viral fever, Malaria, Dengue, etc. Also we are unable to move in the street.

So kindly look into the mater and take necessary steps

I am residence of Talab Katta a man nagar b near deccan hotel #18-7-42/460. There is a flow of drainage in my lane due to this , the drainage water is coming in inside my house through washroom pipes so please as soon as possible solve my problem. Thanking you.

Sir, In Narsingi RR dist under Gandipet Mandal, cow slaughter is running in large scale in Quraishi community houses in residential area. Earlier they were limited to sorrounding areas now they are supplying beef to city areas slaughtering in residential areas. This is causing great difficulty to residents due to drainage blockage, stench and dirt of bones they store. Moreover children and elderly people are falling sick frequently. We raised same complaint few months back with authorities but our request fell in deaf ears. The irony is that Quraishi community is threatening local residents with dire consequences if any one dares to complaint. Therefore we request you to take serious note of this complaint without mentioning of our complaint and stop them illigally slaughtering in residential area.

Respected Sir,

I have recently turned 20 and was really excited at the prospect of being able to cast my vote.
My family and I have gone to the Khairtabad division, Indira Nagar. I was truly shocked when my name along with three of my family members' names were not present on the voting list.
I was shocked that in the biggest democracy of the world in the progressive year of 2018 so many fellow Indians were denied their right to vote.
When we explained this concern to the nearby police officer we were blamed for not checking the list prior.
My grandparents have been voting since the past 50 years and never once did this problem occur before.

I sincerely hope this issue is not taken for granted and necessary steps be immediately taken to restore the democracy which has clearly been lost during this election.

I am the Resident of H. No. 15-21-83, Sri Vathsa Residency, Balajinagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad -500 072.
I would like to inform you that open drainage water coming from other areas sometimes blocking near to our Flat, causing bad smell and mosquitoes are increasing which leads to viral fever, Malaria, Dengue, etc. Also we are unable to move in the street.

So kindly cover the open drainage

I sincerely request to take the matter as urgent and please finished it on war foot.

Kindly guide on the following complaints
01. Loud noise (bands) being played until midnight
02. blocking of roads for personal function
03. illegal parking on sides and corners of the roads hindering traffic
03. encroaching roads as much as 3-4 feet, in the name of beautification of roads
04. constructing ramps from house to the roads thereby encroaching 3-4 feet leaving little space for traffic movement
