High Court Allows Minor Boy To Appear For SSC Exams

A minor boy accused in the Hindi SSC question paper leak, and debarred from appearing in the remaining SSC exams, got much-needed relief from the court today.
Hyderabad | 8th April 2023
A minor boy who is one of the accused in the sensational Hindi language SSC question paper leak in Warangal district, and who was debarred from appearing in the remaining SSC exams, got much-needed relief from the Telangana High Court today.

The court today directed the officials of the Board of Secondary Education to let the boy appear for the remaining exams from Monday.

The court passed the orders while responding to a house motion petition filed by his father.

In his petition, the boy's father told the HC that an unidentified person had forcibly taken the Hindi question paper from his son's hands when his son was writing the exam.

He also told the HC that the boy's name was not mentioned in the FIR registered by the Kamalapur mandal police, and that the officials therefore had no grounds to not allow him to appear for the exams.

He urged the HC to issue orders to the BSE authorities concerned to allow his son to appear in the exams.
