The Telangana High Court today adjourned the hearing into the TSPSC paper leak case to June 5.
The court however noted that the investigation of the SIT was going slowly.
The ACP of the SIT Narsing Rao appeared before the HC on its behalf. The court asked Rao when the investigation would be completed. It also asked the ACP whether the SIT had completed the interrogation of the outsourcing staff of the commission.
Replying to the questions, the ACP and the Advocate General told the High Court that they were awaiting the Central Forensic Lab report. The court expressed satisfaction over the replies.
Responding to the plea of the Congress leaders to hand over the case to CBI, the HC said that it could not pass any order on the issue as the investigation was still going on.
