Former minister J C Diwakar Reddy said that if speaking against the Congress High Command is his crime, then action should also be taken against Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and PCC President Botsa Satyanarayana who raised a banner of revolt against the leadership over the Telangana issue.
Speaking to media persons in the State Secretariat here, Diwakar Reddy defended his earlier statement and said that he wanted Sonia Gandhi to resign on health grounds.
He said that people want to see new faces in politics, and that it is evident from the results of the recent Assembly elections.
He said that if the Congress party does not change its approach, then the results would be repeated across the country. (INN)
