Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

In our area boggul kunta lots of mosquito are there . It’s a humble u can send mosquito medicine vehicle here . My house number is 4-1-1069/A .We are facing difficult because the full day mosquito are there .

I am sunil Advocate from G3 SR Apartment Ravindranager habsiguda Ph.no. 9705356145 , the road besides to Hyd Public School Ramanthapur , a part of road is spreaded with kanker sand on it , the two wheeler are skidding by which falling from bike & getting injured & also when the four wheelers pass a heavy dust is spreading by which the other vehicle in opposite direction is not seen properly, therefore I request to take immediate steps to clear kanker sand. Thank you sir.

Sir/madam,
There’s a serious problem of street dogs in Dharam karam road. There’s mainly issue of dog coming over building and house and making it as its own shelter with that we’re having an issue of bad horrible smell cause the dog is infected with some diseases or so.
I kindly request you to take an immediate action on this.

I am writing to you with a serious concern of Dogs howling, barking, chasing small kids & creating a lot of nuisance in my lane. It’s even scary to walk on the street, there are at-least 15 to 20 dogs. I am unable to sleep at night because of their constant barking and several other resident’s are complaining about the same too. I am a resident of New Maruthi Nagar Road no-1 Kothapet-500036

Garbage boy is not provided regular services in our area ,it's causing lots of difficulties , diseases ,kindly provide services as soon as possible ,, he did not came since 10 days

It’s totally waste of time and money... no government is so active to take care of Hyderabad and it’s manhole drainage system and even very bad roads..
