GHMC 24x7 Grievance Cell: 155304

Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Respected sir i irshad roshan living in musheerabad near badi masjid,the roads in my locality are simply worst not even bad every time some or the other pipeline connections will be done and the roads will be just covered not even properly this not since 1 or 2yrs but frm many years so please try to re built those roads in my laocality.

The ghmc people are not coming to take the dust bins garbages. In my area warasiguda brahmanbasti.
When we are asking them to take
They are responding very rudely.

And taking 80 rupees without fail on demanding.

Am frm tolichowki balreddy nagar land mark opp rumaan hotel there is no play ground for children's they play on streets which is not safe and many grounds are made into park and the respective ghmc board of the place had done 10% of ground work and sttoped and rest all money in his pocket it's a vollyball ground with one pole and all glass on the ground and stones the duty of ghmc is way negative and disappointing kindly help with this

illegal bore Wells are digged in 15 the phase of kphb colony hyderabad,just side by the approach road to dump yard for commercial water business. They erected permanent sheds and filling the water there by threatening to ground water levels.

I am suresh R/O gandhi nagar, RTC cross roads area. From past few months we are facing issues with monkeys in our area. Everyday monkeys are coming in our area and causing trouble. We request ghmc to send a monkey catching team to gandhi nagar area and help us resolve this isdue asap.

hello sir,

iam Mahmood ali r/o saleem nagar malakpet , has a complaint regarding the building waste materials has been dumped on the roads beside since 6 months and there is no action against them, i don't know how the ghmc department remain silent on these kind of things, i request to take an action or to make a roadsides to be cleaned up. i expect a call from the ghmc authorities for the co operation.

Sir, I am resident oz SNEHAPURI colony Motinagar bora and a area, 13-1-132/1, TAAR Road is being laid for 2nd time On Saibaba temple Road. But 3 angels road is neglected for many days and NOT EVEN ONCE TAAR ROAD IS LAID. I AM PAYING MY TAXES PERFECTLY EVERY YEAR. I request the Chief e gineer to look into the matter and see that TAAR ROAD IS LAID ON THE THREE ANGELS SCHOOL ROAD, WHICH IS NEGLECTED FOR YEARS.
