The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Respected sir /madam his is to bring to your notice that i nimra Fatima living in chandulal baradari ,nayeem Gulshan colony ,there is no cleaning of roads and garbage in my locality ,there are people in my society dumping garbage in the open plot next to my building ,we have to bare with the obnoxious and unclean environment and the mosquito meanance ,i request look into this matter as early as possible .

I am senior citizen residing santosh nager colony house number 12-2-823/A/158/3&4, Sajid Residency, at my back area name is bojjaguda residing weaker section, 5 garbage container is covered my two bedrooms, all mosquito & bad smell coming to my flat, kindly remove all garbage from hear my cell no is 8374923502

I have complain I am residing in santosh nager colony near park at Sajid residency, at first floor, back of my building area is bojjaguda reside seeker section, exactly to my two bedrooms 5 garbage container is covered all mosquito, bad smell, coming to my flat. Kindly remove from here.

I am a citizen From BN REDDY NAGAR, Here Garbage cleaning people are demanding 100/- per month effective from 1st February 2020. They also provided a card to all stating increase in monthly charges for Auto. This also contains header GHMC.
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW FAR THIS IS FAIR. ARE THEY NOT GETTING THEIR SALRIES.
I tried calling to GHMC customer care number however it is not getting connected..
Requesting you to send us a solution for this
I would like to send an attachment of the card they provided however there is no option to send through this.. please advise...

Hello , I stay near karmaghat temple and regularly visit Karmanghat temple . I wanted to complain on parking facility given by temple authorities . Day by day the team maintaining parking are becoming rowdies outside the temple. On Tuesdays and Saturdays many people visit temple and parking are blocking local leading roads to temple and unnecessarily creating problems to local residents and people visiting temple.As per new law none of the facilities are supposed to collect parking fees, I am not sure why it is still going on at Karmanghat temple .When asked about that parking guys are talking very rashly and rubbish. I think temple and GHMC employess should act on it and take immediate action.

Sir I am ravi kumar staying in SIMHAPURI colony nagaram
My neighbors throw their daily garbage in from your of my house in a open plot with old house not being used
Inspite of repeated requests to them and the owner they keep doing so
Lot of smell and mosquito menace because of the garbage
Some other people also though educated are also dumping their garbage on roads at night
Need a solution for that

Construction of a multi-story building without a GHMC approved plan is going on in the backyard of house number 17-9-122 , Kurmaguda, Saidabad, Hyd 059. The builder has not left 'set backs' on east, west and north side..
Inspection by the city planner is appreciated.

Hello sir,
Am resident of Ammar tower apartment, with H. NO. 11-4-614/2/A/1, Wali Colony, AC guards roads, red hills, Hyderabad. In front of our apartment there is construction going. They are not following ghmc norms. In 200 sqyds they are raising stories. I Don know how ghmc is silent or not checking at all illigal Construction. It's a clear voilation of all norms, there is no set backs, 7 stroyed building in merely 200 sqyds. Here 3 constructions are going and all of the three constructing with out approval. Is drainage system and water supply system is design for 3x 14 flats. In this small area. Even ghmc shall check structurally building is designed for such high rise or not. If any failure happen it will affect all neighbors as well. I request ghmc shall take immediate action.

I am Shashidhar and living in Kalyan nagar, CIFEL Colony, Malkajgiri, garbage people are very rude and demanding for extra money when asked the same, they were threatening us and saying that they were living in the same area since 20 years and they can do any thing, hardly once in a week they are coming to collect the garbage. Please take some action on these people.

Hi sir, my name is Raveen and we stay in kphb 9th phase, kukatpally, Hyderabad. The municipality people are demanding 100 rupees for each flat (considering 10 flats in a building, they are charging 1000/- per building) to collect the waste. If we dont agree for it, they are coming to our house and demanding it. We are really disappointed with this service and they are increasing this charge every 3 to 4 months. Request to please look into this issue.
