BRS Continues Parliament Boycott Seeking JPC Into Adani Affairs
Several Opposition parties including the BRS boycotted Parliament for the third consecutive day today demanding a JPC probe into industrialist Gautam Adani.

Protesting against Prime Minister Narendra Modi's "dictatorial" policies, several Opposition parties - BRS, Congress, DMK, TMC and MDMK - boycotted Parliament for the third consecutive day today and staged a protest at the Gandhi statue on the premises demanding that the union government constitute Joint Parliamentary Committee to conduct an integrated inquiry into the "financial crimes" of industrialist Gautam Adani.
The Opposition parties also alleged that the Modi government was shielding Adani.
Rajya Sabha member Vaddiraju Ravichandra; BRS Parliamentary Party leader K Keshava Rao; BRS leader in the Lok Sabha Nama Nageswara Rao; MPs Santosh Kumar, Deevakonda Damodar Rao, P Ramulu, K R Suresh Reddy, B B Patil, Kotha Prabhakar Reddy, Badugula Lingaiah Yadav, Ranjit Reddy, Pasunuri Dayakar, K Kavitha, Borlakunta Venkatesh Netha, Manne Srinivas Reddy, Jairam Ramesh (Congress), Y Gopalaswamy (MDMK) and others participated in the protest.
The leaders raised slogans demanding that the union government constitute a JPC to go into Adani's financial crimes, and to immediately stop misusing the CBI and the ED against political opponents.
They also demanded that the union government immediately shed its "stubborn attitude" and that Prime Minister Narendra Modi shed his "dictatorial policies".
