Rs 104 Crore Released For Panchayat Secretaries
Panchayat Raj Minister Seethakka said that such a significant amount had been disbursed in a single installment for the first time in the history of the State.
The Telangana government has released Rs 104 crore to settle the pending bills of Panchayat Secretaries.
In a statement today, Panchayat Raj Minister Seethakka Seethakka said that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka, recognising the challenges faced by the Secretaries, acted swiftly to approve the release to ease some of the burdens being faced by the Panchayat Secretaries.
She said that such a significant amount had been disbursed in a single installment for the first time in the history of the State.
She added that the disbursal would strengthen the Panchayati Raj system, and expressed her gratitude to both the CM and the Deputy CM for their proactive efforts in facilitating the fund release.
