Biggest Pharma City On The Anvil In Telangana: KCR
The Telangana CM said the government would come up with the biggest pharma city in India over 19,000 acres near the Muchcherla area on the outskirts of Hyderabad.
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao today said that the government would come up with the biggest pharma city in the country over an estimated 19,000 acres near the Muchcherla area on the outskirts of Hyderabad.
During his reply to the discussion on the budget in the Assembly, the CM said that the pharma city would provide plenty of jobs and employment to the youth of the state.
The project would also help increase state's economy, he claimed.
He advised the opposition not to stall this pharma city project as it would not fetch them any votes.
KCR also said that land to the dalits would be distributed in the future, too, as it was a continuous process. The opposition was trying to malign the image of the government over the issue when the reality was that the past governments had spent Rs 92 crores over land for dalits while the TRS government had spent Rs 556 crores.
"We have so far distributed 13,000 acres among 5,000 dalits in the state," he claimed.
