The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Dear Sir kindly visit Indira Nagar phase 2, Near Bharat function hall Moula ali, here from past one month rain water from NFC is being released into the colony and because if which few roads are filled with waste water and mosquito havoc also increased and snakes also been spotted multiple times near open areas. Kindly VISIT and take necessary action to rectify this problem.

Good morning sir, We stay at Vinayak Nagar, near Old Safilguda, GHMC workers are cleaning Deena Dayal Nagar which is very next to our colony on very regular basis and they never come for cleaning our streets. When ever I am approaching them for reason, they were saying that It has very narrow roads not required much cleaning. But we found everywhere garbage and waste civil work materials thrown on the roads lying for months together near every houses.

I will request the officials to look in to the matter and instruct them for doing so.

we people of bandlaguda jagir daily we All go to schools, colleges, offices but the roads of our area are too bad our bikes frequently get punchered due to the situation of roads over hear I my self request to governments that please take a seviour action on this complain and no politician is bothered about this thanking you

Hi GHMC Team,

My builder Kuppam Sasikanth (9 Star constructions) is constructing an illegal cellar construction at 9 Star Rainbow apartment, Plot 308/309, Prashanth Hills, Raidurgam, Gachibowlli, Hyderabad. He has been told by us many times not to do the cellar construction inspite he did so we the apartment association has filed a complaint at GHMC Grievance board .He is completely going with deviation and constructing an illegal cellar, This causing so much trouble to the families which are residing in the apartment.

Almost from 1.5 years this issue is troubling us from the builder. Can you please advise or look into the issue and do the necessary action on this illegal construction and help us on this problem.

Hi,

This is regarding municipality garbage collection people. They are not coming to street ,which is situated near Shiva nagar water tank, allwyn colony, Kukatpally-500072. If we want to give our garage,we have to go to other street. Although they are demanding money to collect that garage. If new tennants come,they have to pay advance money. They are behaving very rude. Please consider it .

I am residing at Plot No.45, Balaji Nagar, Kukatpally, behind OMNI Hospital

Before our house they are putting Garbage and we feel a doubt on the hospital or SSN logistics beside our house. And sometime they are burning the garbage which is getting stringent smell and also there are mosquitoes around it which may also causes viral fevers

Dear Sir/Madam, I am from KPHB. This is regarding a pot hole beside the left side of new flyover, approx. Opposite to Manjeera mall (while going towards JNTU). There is a pot hole, which is not visible due to darkness, since there are no street lights. While we were traveling on two wheeler today around 7.15pm, we had to pass through a pot hole, which we didn't expect & couldn't find/estimte the depth & size. That existing in between the road, which can't be predicted by anyone in darkness. Due to sudden turblence while passing through that, my wife has fallen down and got injured at multiples places. My daughter stood front, her upper abdomen hit to the handle. By God's grace we got survived despite multiple vehicles passing continuously from back. Requesting your immediate action & attention to avoid reoccurrence of the same with any other person that turn into a life threatening accident. Also this is the same from Niampet to Bachupally & Pragati Nagar to Bachupally. Kindly make a visit and do the that will prevent many incidents/ accidents.

Hello sir I am sending this msg from Alwal. My complaint is regarding increased cases of dengue. Why the cases are increasing, what precautions government is taking. Public are not seeing any action on this. I begg you GHMC please do care of water and dengue prevention. ???????????? do the work and take the appreciation from the public.

Hi sir, we are from hanuman Nagar Jaipuri Colony road no. 14. Here the drainage water is flowing since 1month. We are unable to bear the smell and causing deadly diseases. Request you to check and solve the problem.
