The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Dear Sir,

Sub: Drainage water Leakage in our beside neighbor building (i.e. Hyquib Systems Ltd) regd.

We are the Resident of H.No.1-1-564, Vintage Mini Towers, beside Hyquib Systems Ltd, Near Raghavendra Towers, Gandhinagar, Hyderabad -500 080 and we are staying almost 11 families in our apartment
We would like to inform you that in our neighbor commercial building (i.e. Hyquip Systems Ltd) Drainage water Leakage in second floor Water due to damage of Drainage Pipelines and the pipelines are in our building face and drainage water is splitting in our building and entry area after that the drainage water is staging open space at ground floor balcony and water is leakage from last 4 months onwards.
We have informed 30 to 40 times from last 4 months onwards but no body is responding and it is a commercial building and there are speaking rudely with us.
We are staying with small child and old age persons in our apartments and we are suffering from fever

The pavement from the shyamlal building to the Hyderabad Public school is extensively used by residents. In front of the IOC petrol bunk the debris of the copound wall is lying for last 6 moths. in the adjoining premises of the brand shop a 8 ft hoarding is blocking the pavement and are also trying to encroach with flower pots and parking of vehicles during rush hour. Pl. protct the pavement

We are having drainage block due to rains frequently near punjagutta police station,lane next to punjagutta masjid..plz address this issue..today on 3-9-19 we have drainage block here..plz look in to this issue soon.

sir,in Indiranagar, Gachibowli, on 20 feet road two 5 storeyed buildings are under construction without even leaving an inch as set back.where is the provision for drainage and where from you can provide water.plot no.3,4,5 and 7. kindly look in to it and see that the construction is to be taken up as per permissible limits and leaving set backs.thanks

To GHMC, My name is Srinivas. M from Green Space Springs president and Advisory Board member of Entire Township.... Please try to understand and take some action of our area... Our area is suffering of Dengue fever due to mosquito bites, drainage system is horrible, spoiling the drinking water and Lake... We need your immediate attention to reduce horrible situation. Any support from our side we are ready please do the needful..present action not sufficient to mitigate problem...Dengue prone Area... With regards and respect... Srinivas M

My self Krishna, I do stay at shanthinagar near North-lalaguda Secunderabad 12-1-1366, we are facing issue with the neighbours with construction material they have thrown everything in front of my premises I am not able to take my car out and in pls look into this and pls solve my issue

Dear concern officer I am from sanathnagar DNM colony we are facing more problem of mosquito and waste collection person is not regularly coming we are paying him money also to come regularly but not coming daily and
On road mainhole cleaning removing waste from inside and throwing on road bad smell coming after 2 to 3 days this waste lying on road

The garbage picker doesn't come regularly and when he comes he doesn't pick the entire garbage loitering the place.

FOOT PATH BETWEEN TORSION GATE AND HONDA SHOWROOM AT HABSIGUDA GATE IS ON THE ROAD LEVEL. AS SUCH THE VEHICLES ARE COMING OVER THE FOOTPATH AND CAUSING TROUBLE TO THE PEDESTRIANS.
