Sep 5th Holiday In Hyderabad, Sep 9th Working Day

The government declared September 5 as a holiday for government offices, schools and colleges on account of Ganesh idol processions and immersions.

In partial modification of its earlier orders, the Telangana government today declared September 5 as a general holiday for government offices, schools and colleges located in Hyderabad and Secunderabad, Ranga Reddy district and Malkajgiri on account of Ganesh idol processions and immersions.

In lieu of this, the government announced September 9 (second Saturday) as a working day for the government offices and educational institutions.
