Rythu Bandhu To Be Credited In In 10 Days: KCR
The Telangana CM announced that the cash incentive under the Rythu Bandhu scheme would be given to the eligible farmers of the State in the next 10 days.
Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao today announced that the cash incentive under the Rythu Bandhu scheme would be given to the eligible farmers of the State in the next 10 days.
Addressing a public meeting in Jagtial, the Chief Minister said that a State cabinet meeting would be held on December 10, and the decision to deposit the cash into the bank accounts of the eligible farmers would be taken in the meeting.
"As long as KCR is alive in the position of Chief Minister, the Rythu Bandhu and Rythu Beema schemes will be continued in Telangana," the Chief Minister dramatically said on the occasion.
Claiming that various measures had been initiated for the welfare of the farmers of the State, KCR said that the Telangana was the only State purchasing every grain of paddy produced by its farmers, and that that procurement process will be continued forever.
The Chief Minister also announced Rs 100 crore for the development of the Kondagattu temple in Jagtial district.
"The State government has already allocated 384 acres of land to the temple. With the proposed amount, the temple will be developed on the lines of the Yadadri temple," KCR said.
