Revanth Reddy Urges Officials To Be Vigilant On Cyclone Michaung
The newly-appointed CLP leader, TPCC chief and CM-designate urged the officials to be vigilant on the impact of Cyclone Michaung on the State.

The newly-appointed CLP leader, TPCC chief and CM-designate Revanth Reddy today urged the officials to be vigilant on the impact of Cyclone Michaung on various districts of the State.
Reddy said that care needed to be taken to ensure that people's lives were not disrupted, especially in low-lying and agency areas.
He also said that there was a possibility that the paddy crop would be destroyed due to the rains in many areas, and urged the authorities to stand by the farmers and make several suggestions to them to protect their harvests.
He pointed out that the IMD had predicted heavy to very heavy rainfall in the north-eastern districts of Mulugu, Bhadradri and Khmaman which had a red alert sounded out for them, that an orange alert had been sounded out for the Mahabubabad and Warangal districts, and an alert had been sounded out for the Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Jangaon, Nalgonda, Yadadri, Jayashankar-Bhupalapally, Sididapet, Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthi, Narayanpet, Hyderabad and Medchal districts, and that the authorities needed to take precautions in accordance with the IMD's alerts.
