Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy today kicked off his official tour to the United States of America.
Upon his arrival at the New York airport, the Chief Minister was accorded a grand welcome by the Indian community.
The Chief Minister is being accompanied by Minister for Industry and IT Sridhar Babu and some senior officials, and as part of his 10-day visit, will visit various cities in the US, and then in South Korea, aiming to attract huge investments to Telangana.
The official delegation led by Reddy will hold meetings and discussions with many business leaders including the CEOs of various companies, and will also enter into agreements on various project proposals.
The Chief Minister's Office said that the visit was aimed at bringing investments and making strategic partnerships that would contribute to the economic development of and employment generation in Telangana.
"Starting our journey in the Big Apple feels only fitting. The warmth and love from our Telugu brothers and sisters here, many of whom came to greet and welcome the Chief Minister, was truly touching. Here's to one dream that unites us all: the continued development and greater growth of Telangana and Hyderabad," the Telangana CMO said on X.
