Revanth Reddy Goes To Kodangal To Vote In MLC By-Election

The Telangana CM today exercised his franchise in Kodangal for the by-election for the local authorities' MLC seat of the joint Mahabubnagar district.

Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy today exercised his franchise at the MPDO office in Kodangal of Vikarabad district for the by-election for the local authorities' MLC seat of the joint Mahabubnagar district.

The by-election was held for the Mahabubnagar Local Authorities constituency MLC Member amidst tight security today.

The constituency covers erstwhile the Mahabubnagar district limits, and some parts of Ranga Reddy and Vikarabad districts.

The 1,439 voters, all elected public representatives, include municipal ward members, ZPTCs, MPTCs and mandal parishad presidents.

Manne Jeevan Reddy is in the fray on behalf of the Congress. N Naveen Kumar Reddy is contesting the elections for the BRS, while Sudarshan Goud is contesting as an independent candidate.

The counting of votes will be held on April 2.
