Producer Ashok Reddy Surrenders In Sravani Suicide Case

The RX100 producer is accused number 3 in the case.
Hyderabad | 16th September 2020
Tollywood producer Ashok Reddy Gummakonda, who was the producer of the hit Telugu film RX100, surrendered before the city police in the sensational suicide case of TV actress Sravani Kondapalli.

Reddy is accused number 3 in the case.

Punjagutta ACP Tirupathanna took Reddy into custody.

Reddy was later shifted to the Osmania General Hospital to undergo a Covid-19 test. He will be produced in a magistrate court after the completion of the test.

The police have already arrested two other accused - TikToker Devaraj Reddy and Sai Kumar Reddy - in the case and sent them to judicial remand.

The police, in their remand report, said that Sravani had committed suicide due to the continuous harassment of the three accused.

According to the police, Ashok Reddy, whose movie Prematho Karthik had Sravani play a small role, had harassed Sravani asking her to marry him.

Ashok Reddy was also trying to stop Sravani from interacting with Devaraj, allegedly her boyfriend.
