Police Book Sri Chaitanya College Staff For Sathvik's Death
The Hyderabad police booked a criminal case against the staff of the Narsingi Sri Chaitanya College branch for the suicide by student N Sathvik.

The Hyderabad police today booked a criminal case against the staff of the Narsingi Sri Chaitanya College branch under section 305 of the IPC for "abetting the suicide" of first year intermediate student N Sathvik.
Revealing the details about the incident, ACP Ramana Goud said that the college staff had behaved rudely with the students and their parents. He said that the police also had videos of physical attacks carried out by the college staff on the students, and that they would take all possible legal steps to punish the management.
Meanwhile, the AGM of the college Swamy said that the management had taken all necessary steps in the issue. He also said that the police had not only booked a case but also apprehended four persons, Acharya, Krishna, Naresh and Jagan, in the case.
He said that the issue of the attack on the deceased by the accused was not brought to the administration's notice. He said that the administration would take action against any other staff of the college if they were found to be hitting students.
Satvik had committed suicide in his classroom on Tuesday by hanging himself.
