Council Elections: PCC Panel To Probe
The PCC has constituted a 3-member committee to look into the complaints in the recent Legislative Council elections from the local authorities constituencies.
Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) General Secretary Rapolu Ananda Bhaskar on Saturday stated that the PCC has constituted a 3-member committee to look into the complaints in the recently concluded Legislative Council elections from the local authorities constituencies.
In a media statement, Bhaskar stated that Mandali Buddha Prasad will head the committee, and M Hanumantha Rao and M Kodanda Reddy will be its members.
He said that the respective presidents of the District Congress Committee / City Congress Committee and the official candidates of the party in the cited elections were advised to submit reports / factual data on their respective issues and grievances within 15 days.
The 3-member committee will complete its enquiry by summoning the concerned officials to APCC, Bhaskar stated.
The recommendations of the committee will be submitted to PCC Chief D Srinivas by the end of May, he added. (INN)
