KCR Inaugurates Largest Private Coach Factory In India
The Telangana CM inaugurated Medha Rail Coach Factory, the largest private coach factory in India, at Kondakal in Shankarpally mandal of Rangareddy district.

Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao today inaugurated Medha Rail Coach Factory, said to be the largest private coach factory in India, at Kondakal in Shankarpally mandal of Rangareddy district.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that he was feeling proud at the success of Medha founders Kashyap Reddy and Srinivas Reddy in establishing such a massive manufacturing facility to supply rail coaches to the entire world, as both were sons of Telangana.
"Due to the establishment of the rail coach factory, several ancillary industries are also coming up in the surrounding areas and creating more jobs for locals. It is a proud moment for the Medha group too to bag a contract to manufacture mono coaches for Mumbai," KCR said.
The CM assured the complete support to the Medha Servo group from the State government for its expansion in Telangana, and said that he was confident that it would create massive employment opportunities for the local youth.
KCR also said that the State government's industrial policy TS-iPASS had brought revolutionary changes in Telangana, and that after the introduction of the policy, the State was able to attract investments worth lakhs of crores.
Ministers K T Rama Rao, T Harish Rao and P Sabitha Indra Reddy, MPs, MLAs and MLCs, Chief Secretary A Santhi Kumari, Principal Secretary for IT and Industries Jayesh Ranjan, Medha Servo group MD Kashyap Reddy and others were present.
