Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president Ponnala Lakshmaiah described Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao's three-day tour of the Warangal district as a flop show.
Speaking to media persons at Gandhi Bhavan on Monday, Ponnala accused KCR of enacting 'dramas' in view of the upcoming municipal elections.
He taunted the Chief Minister who he alleged made 50 new promises every day, and pulled up officials for every single mistake. He said that the government would never implement the promises, and they would permanently remain on paper.
He also said that KCR would be enacting similar 'dramas' in the Karimnagar and Nizamabad districts, too.
Ponnala advised KCR to start acting seriously for the development of the Telangana State. He said that KCR should get Central funds by taking all opposition parties into confidence.
He said that not only the people, but the TRS leaders too had started losing faith in KCR. (INN)
