Chief Minister Revanth Reddy today directed officials to arrange outsourcing employment for the family members of two young men from Telangana who were recently murdered in Dubai.
The victims were identified as Ashtapu Prem Sagar from Soan mandal, Nirmal district, and Swargam Srinivas from Dammannapet village in Dharmapuri mandal, Jagtial district.
Chairman of the Telangana Mineral Development Corporation (TGMDC) and former MLA Anil Kumar Eravathri announced that the Chief Minister, addressing the matter from Japan, instructed officials to take prompt action to repatriate the deceased's bodies.
The CM said that swiftly facilitating the return of the bodies was important, and as part of the State government's efforts, the Chief Secretary has sent letters to both the Indian Embassy in Dubai and the Ministry of External Affairs in Delhi for the repatriation.
NRI Advisory Committee Chairman Dr B M Vinod Kumar, Dharmapuri MLA Adluri Laxman Kumar and former MLC T Jeevan Reddy consoled the families of the deceased.
