The Jana Sena Party founded by actor-turned-politician Pawan Kalyan will hold its ninth foundation day at Ippatam village in the Mangalagiri Assembly constituency on March 14.
Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan said that all the party's activists and all those who wanted to see the development of the state were welcome to the event.
He said that the party had made all the necessary arrangements to avoid any kind of inconvenience to the participants and invitees, and that LED screens were being set up for those who were away going to be far from the dais.
He said that the party had named the meeting venue after his favourite leader Damodaram Sanjeevaiah, and that his party would continue to draw inspiration from the former Chief Minister of AP.
Kalyan also said that he would speak about the problems being faced by the state and the people during the last two-and-a-half years, and the future of the state, in the meeting.
Targeting the state government, he asked the people to corner the police if they stopped them from attending the meeting, by seeking to know the reasons for stopping them. He also said that none of the party activists needed to worry about attending the meeting.
He urged the police to extend its complete cooperation to the party leaders and activists and allow them to attend the meeting.
