Jala Vihar Gets Ready For KCR Birthday Fete
The Telangana CM's birthday will be celebrated in a big way across the state on February 17, with the biggest of the galas being at Jala Vihar.

TRS supremo and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao's birthday will be celebrated in a big way in the state on February 17, according to MLA & former minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav.
Talking to media persons today after inspecting the related works at Jala Vihar, Yadav said that the program would be conducted in a grand manner.
"We are making all necessary arrangements for that, and Jala Vihar is getting ready for the mega event," he said.
TRS Working President and KCR's son K T Rama Rao, former minister and KCR's nephew T Harish Rao, and KCR's daughter and Nizamabad MP K Kavitha would be the chief guests, he added.
A photo exhibition about the Chief Minister including photographs of his childhood, his fight for statehood for the region, his government's schemes and more would be part of the fete, Yadav said. A cultural program would follow, he added.
Yadav also said that an Ayush Homam, a Chandi Homam and a Ganapathi Homam would be performed at the Ujjaini Mahankali temple, Secunderabad, from 9 am for a long life for the Chief Minister. A blood donation camp would also be organized at Hamali Basti in Secunderabad. And KCR's daughter Kavitha would participate in a sari distribution program, he said.
