Officials of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply And Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) will be conducting meetings with MLAs, corporators, consumers and resident welfare board associations from 20th January to 10th March, 2011, in all the 10 circles of the GHMC.
The meetings are part of the 100-day action plan launched by the state government to take up developmental works in the GHMC areas.
The special officers appointed by the HMWSSB will meet the legislators, consumers and welfare board associations, and try to redress complaints such as low water supply pressure, polluted water supply, missing manhole covers, water supply leakages, billing disputes, and increasing billing and collections.
After the meetings, the special officers will have to submit the minutes of the meeting to the director of operations, along with the report of the action taken regarding each meeting conducted section-wise.
