The Indian Meteorological Department today forecast light-to-moderate rain/thundershowers in isolated places all over Telangana.
Most places of Telangana were however very likely to record maximum temperatures of 40-45 degrees Celsius in the coming five days, the IMD also said.
The IMD cautioned the people that heat wave conditions were likely to prevail at isolated places in the districts of Adilabad, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Warangal, Medak, Nalgonda and Khammam.
The highest temperature of 45 degrees Celsius was recorded at Ramagundam and Bhadrachalam, and Khammam recorded 44 degrees Celsius.
