The Hyderabad Agricultural Cooperative Association (HACA) will be selling Deepavali crackers for the convenience of the citizens of the twin cities from November 7 to 11 at People's Plaza on Necklace Road.
Announcing this to the media on Thursday, HACA managing director D Rajesham said HACA had been selling the Standard brand crackers at lower prices for the past 34 years for the benefit of the citizens.
They had also opened 11 other stalls in the city manned by experienced sales persons, he said, and appealed to the people to procure crackers from HACA stalls and save money.
Rajesham said their target was sale of crackers worth Rs 1.5 crore to Rs 2 crores this year.
