A gruesome murder took place in broad daylight on the main road in Attapur under the Rajendra Nagar police station limits.
According to the police, one Ramesh Goud (35) who belonged to Siddiamber Bazaar attended the Upparapally court on Wednesday in a murder case. Four persons intercepted the auto in which Goud was returning to his residence. Goud ran to escape from them after getting off the auto, shouting for help. But the accused caught Ramesh at the Attapur pillar number 143 bus-stop and chopped him indiscriminately till he died.
The locals and traffic police tried to stop the murder in vain. The traffic police caught two of the attackers, and the other two escaped from the scene.
The accused weren't afraid even by the police approaching. One of the accused chopped Ramesh till his death in the presence of police.
The police said that Ramesh Goud had killed one Mahesh Goud at Shamshabad as the latter had had an illegal relationship with his wife. Ramesh Goud was arrested in that case, and had come out on bail. He had attended a hearing at the Upparapally court in this regard. Mahesh Goud's father and his relative were among the killers today.
Onlookers were shocked to see the murder in broad daylight.
