Governor To Hoist Flag First In Telangana, Then AP
Telangana and AP Governor E S L Narasimhan is going to hoist the flag first in Hyderabad and then at Amaravathi for Republic Day.

As part of the Republic Day celebrations on January 26, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Governor E S L Narasimhan will hoist the national flag first at the Parade Grounds, Secunderabad, at 9:15 am.
He will then participate in a similar event at Amaravathi in Andhra Pradesh later.
It may be recalled that last year the Governor had hoisted the flag first in Andhra Pradesh, and then returned to Hyderabad to do the same at the Parade Grounds.
According to a press release, the Governor will attend the Republic Day celebrations at the Parade Grounds in the morning, and witness an Inter-Services ceremonial parade. He will then take a flight to Andhra Pradesh and hoist the flag at Amaravathi at 11 am.
In Hyderabad, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao along with Cabinet ministers, MPs, MLAs, MLCs and other officials and invitees will attend the event, while in Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu along with his ministers, MPs, MLAs, MLCs and other officials and invitees will do the same.
