The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Please take a serious note of Tax Inspector & Group of Circle 18 (10B) and request you to Transfer whole group from Tax Inspector to Bill Collector, they are running Property Tax Fraudulent Schemes, asking Property Owners to pay them Half amount of Tax in Cash as Bribe to them and they will assess it half of actual Tax including UCP. If we don't Oblige them they are sending Notices U/s 213. I am ready to pay as per rule, I request your goodself to take action against them and stop loss to State Exchequer.
Further, i request you to personally monitor the Property Tax Amount uniformity in assessment of Kamalapuri Colony Main Road Properties.

We stay in old Bowenpally rr nagar .Garbage people hardly come for collection weekly twice but they charge 100 rupees other than the salaries u pay...We have so much issue with them .kindly look into the issue

Illegal Construction of Temple Manadam on Public Road.

This complaint is in regards to illegal Temple Mandapam Construction on road, which is located at shanthi Nagar, Lalapet area.

Address:- Sri Nalla Pochamma Temple, Near Dr Ambedkar Yuvajana Seva Sangam, Shanthi Nagar, North lalaguda. Secunderabad - 500017

This Illegal Mandapam Construction started at public open place. We request the concerned authority to take required action and take appropriate steps to stop the illegally constructed and save the public place.

I am hoping that an immediate action will be taken against the illegal temple mandapam construction on road which is taking place in the above mentioned address.

He (Mr. Potharaj Mallesh) Nalla Pochamma Temple Chairman is managing GHMC people and constructing Temple Manadapam on public road without any permission. Hence requesting you to please address immediately and take necessary action so that we dont have to go to higher authorities to stop these illigal activities.

I am expecting an early action and permanent solution.

Dear Sir,

The fencing of grill wall on divider near kompally vensai towers is just giving problem for common people who go by bus towards suchitra.There is no opening to go to Prajay appartment bustop to catch the bus for suchitra,either we have to walk till balaji hospital bustop or back to kompally to catch the bus for suchitra.its giving lot of trouble for handicapped and common people.Please solve this issue kindly put a round gate like they put in parks so that only one person can enter at a time.

Redpected Sir, one of the resident of mansoorabad colony ,lb nagar, the third right lane from the govt.hospital ,to the complete end....Sir, here we don't have muncipal people who sweep the roads and hence all the colony members just puton the pipes on the roads and waste a lots of water without sweeping..All the water flows throughout? the road.So plz come and have a check around 6 am on the day water comes..I kindly request you to take an immediate action about this as we all know that the water is very precious.

Sub:- in vijayanagar colony opposite royal tea hotel ALSABA BEEF SHOP creating problem to surrounding blocking drainage system and putting beef wastage to road side. Because off this mosquito and bad small because off this dengue and malaria is spreading. And with out permission the open hotel also plz take nessery action as soon as possible sir.

My self Abdullah. I stay in Tolichowki Quli Qutub Shah Nagar. Garbage people are demanding money 150rs per each house and Dey are asking money monthly twice. Daily Dey are doing nonscence in morning for money. Pls I request you to take necessary action. Thankq
