Chief Minister Revanth Reddy today attended the launch of a new unit of SGD-Corning Technologies Private Limited in Vemula village, Moosapet mandal, Mahabubnagar district.
On the occasion, Reddy responded to comments made by BRS MLC Kavitha about tacitly supporting the BRS' Harish Rao and Santosh Rao, and said that he would not associate with individuals involved in corruption.
"In the KCR family, there is infighting. Some claim I am manipulating Harish Rao and Santosh Kumar, while others allege I am influencing Kavitha. Why would I align with such corrupt individuals? I am a leader who stands at the forefront, and I will always stand with the people. Today, members of KCR's family may appear united, but they are burdened by betrayal. Their quarrels over the distribution of ill-gotten wealth are tearing them apart. Wrongdoings do not simply vanish; their sins will continue to haunt them, and they will inevitably face the consequences," he said.
He also said that during the BRS regime Congress leaders were jailed on false charges in an attempt to weaken the party, and that those sins were coming back to haunt the BRS now, which was itself losing leaders and getting weakened.
The Chief Minister urged the KCR family not to drag the public into their internal disputes, and said that people had no interest in their issues.
"The people have long rejected the KCR family. The BRS is like worthless currency. Nature will take its course and deliver justice for their deeds," he concluded.
