The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Dear Sir,

Tree cutting wastes and other wastes infront of our house vide house no.1/1/236/191, Kapra, besides Kakatiya High School, ECIL, Hyderabad-500062. We request yourself to arrange to clear that waste with rain water different smell is coming.

I AM 80 YEARS OLD. WE ARE FACING LOT OF PROBLEM NOT LIFTING GARBAGE REGULARLY.

Sir, The manhole cover near Surya Tej Bakery, S.P Nagar, Moula Ali, Malkajigir Municipal area is broken and needs replacement. Since Water tankers ,sand lorries and Garbage vans come over the manhole cover the replacement needs to bear the load. Please treat it as urgent.

Beside Indian bank at Indiranagar, Gachibowli a house is under construction with out setbacks.Wall to wall attachment. Please see that at least minimum setbacks are given.

Hii sir I m arvind Seth aakasha apt.pg road shindi colony paradise secunderabad .I have completed 2..3 time in ghmc. About our building near one hotel they can open his chimany in our building side . He smail daily come our area. Badly Pollution . It is our health issues .but no one come kindly clear our issue most urgent.

Good morning sir, I'm shankar the psychologist staying at Munganoor vill, hayath nagar, 501511. Sri Ramanujan colony road 3, since a month garbage not collecting from my home and saying in a rude manner to us dump your garbage any where and also spoiling your GHMC name.
Hence please take necessary action immediately and do needful.

drainage is stuck . every 15 days the water blocking in main hall may by there is drainage line problem that is not in level please sir take some action we are getting too much problem for that every 15 days we getting the problem ..H NO 9-11-338 Naya Qila Golconda fort hyd 500008

Regarding trim the tree
This is suresh living in Shapur Nagar, Jeedimetla H.no 4-32-126/A, Quthbullapur mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri Dist. There is a tree which is spread across my house. Their branches laying on current cables, and it's dangerous which can fall on ground any time due to heavy rains, please send any one to trim the tree..
So please take the immediate action.

illegal construction and leasing out open space by vayupuri coperative sociiety under malkagiri muncipal commisioner.
under RTI to GHMC it was clarified that allopen space belong to GHMC'the vayupuri society comittee has been told to restore the open space belong to GHMC.The committee members are encouraging encroachment .please take necessary action before it is to late to clear illegal enchroactment.

Sir, cutting beaches of road side tree and some Triming branches of plants are cut by engaging labour by me to avoid inconvenience to byke riders due to grown branches towards down wards. It is not lifting since 12 days. It is requested that please instruct fild staff to lift material to keep roads clean. Thanking you. -p. Sir, Tree by the side of road is grown so badly and made inconvenient to bike rider and some cutting branches of plants in the home are trimmed by paying to private wage seekers. Comete cutting material was kept by side of compound wall and no body is lifting from corporation. Hence it is requested that same may be instructed to concerned person to keep road clean . Respected sir,
My name is sai baba, stays in vinayak nagar lane no 24 H.no 30-822. LAst month drinage cleaned in front of my house, they left drinnage waste from last month, i gave complaint more than 6 times on 040 2111111 no one is responding saying they will come . but still is there i have small kids they are playing there. here i will attach complaint list. plz go through sir. plz assign some one to clear waste dump
