The Nampally Special Court hearing the multi-crore Satyam accounting fraud scam on Tuesday ordered the doctors at the Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences to file a fresh report on the medical condition of Ramalinga Raju, the main accused in the case.
The order came in as the CBI counsel filed a petition that it was not satisfied with the legitimacy of the first report.
The CBI pleaded with the court to appoint another team of doctors to examine former Satyam chairman B Ramalinga Raju and file the fresh report.
Accepting the plea, the court ordered the NIMS director to file a fresh report on Raju's condition by Thursday.
Meanwhile, the hearing on the CBI petition to all Raju to attend the trial through video-conferencing was adjourned for July 1.
