A Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) special court trying the Satyam scam cases has directed the Nizam's Institute Of Medical Sciences (NIMS) to file a fresh medical report on the health condition of former chairman of Satyam Computers B Ramalinga Raju by June 14.
Magistrate B V L N Chakravarti also expressed his displeasure about NIMS not submitting its report on Raju. He said that a medical report about Ramalinga Raju's was last received on April 17.
He directed the NIMS to submit its report to court before June 14, and adjourned the petition to June 14.
The court also questioned the jail authorities whether the prisoners have a facility to utilise computers in jail.
