The much awaited EAMCET 2011 key was released on Wednesday by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, (JNTU-H) Vice-Chancellor D N Reddy.
He announced that one
erroneous question each has been deleted from the engineering, agricultural and medicine question papers, bringing the grand total to 159 as against the original 160.
In the engineering stream, Q. 85 in the code A paper, Q. 98 in the code B paper, Q. 116 in the code C paper and Q. 89 in the code D paper have been deleted.
In the agriculture and medicine stream, Q. 100 in code A papers, Q. 91 in code B papers, Q. 105 in code C papers and Q. 82 in code D papers have been deleted.
One of the questions in the zoology stream had 2 correct options, and Reddy stated that both the answers would carry marks. This ambiguous question has been identified as Q. 71 in the code A paper, Q. 57 in the code B paper, Q. 62 in the code C paper and Q. 51 in the code D paper.
The JNTU-H Vice-Chancellor also announced that written complaints regarding any more erroneous questions would be accepted.
