Dark thick clouds covering the sky plunged the city into darkness this morning and rain lashed several parts of the Telangana capital.
In several parts of the city, several residents had the lights in their houses switched on well into the morning due to poor visibility. In the Dilsukhnagar area, motorists were compelled to drive with the headlights of their vehicles switched on even at 11 am as the roads were still dark.
