Dadi Veerabhadra Rao Joins YSRC

Dadi Veerabhadra Rao, who quit the TDP, will join the YSR Congress Party.

Dadi, who was with the TDP ever since its inception, left the party after he was not re-nominated to the state council.

Former speaker Y Ramakrishnudu was nominated in his place, and made leader of the party in the council.

Since then, Dadi has been keeping away from the TDP.

Dadi announced on Friday that would join the YSR Congress, putting an end to rumours that he would enter the Congress fold.

"I will meet Y S Jaganmohan Reddy at Chanchaguda jail tomorrow," he said.

"Although I was with the TDP for the past 30 years, they have insulted me, and did not treat me well," he said. (INN)
