CM Urges South Korean Textile Companies To Invest In Telangana
Speaking at a roundtable meeting in Seoul, Revanth Reddy said that the Mega Textile Park in Warangal was an ideal destination for investments from them.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy today urged South Korean textile companies to come forward to invest in Telangana, especially at the Warangal Textile Park.
Speaking at a roundtable meeting organised by KOFOTI (Korea Federation of Textile Industry) in Seoul, the Chief Minister said that the Mega Textile Park in Warangal was an ideal destination for investments from Korean textile companies, and urged them to avail themselves of the facilities being provided by the State government for investments in Telangana.
"I expect more investments for Warangal and rest of Telangana in the textile sector in the coming days," Reddy said.
He further stated that minister D Sridhar Babu and officials would put together a task force to follow up on all the opportunities for quick closures and action on the ground.
In the meeting, Kihak Sung, Chairman of Youngone; Soyoung Joo, Executive Vice-Chairman of KOFOTI; and other top leaders of 25 major textile companies responded positively and showed an enthusiasm to explore business opportunities in Telangana.
Earlier, the CM had wide-ranging conversations with one of Korea's biggest industrial conglomerates, LS Corp, which was formerly a part of the LG group.
The Chief Minister started his Korean tour on a positive note after concluding his official visit of the USA. During his visit to the USA, he had over 50 business meetings, 3 roundtables and several field visits, and entered into 19 MOUs, totalling an investment of Rs. 31,500 crore and 30,750 new jobs for the State.
