TDP national president and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu reportedly expressed his disappointment on the functioning of the party in Telangana to president L Ramana.
Naidu reportedly asked Ramana to be firm and cautious while dealing with party affairs, and said that otherwise the party's very existence would be in jeopardy.
Party sources said that the party supremo had advised Ramana not to adopt a lenient attitude and be firm in taking decisions related to the party's affairs.
Naidu said that he would tour Telangana after the party's national Mahanadu scheduled to be held next month. He also told Ramana that he had prepared a list of the party's probable candidates for the 2019 elections, and that tickets would be allotted on the basis of candidate's chances of winning.
Ramana, however, did not react, and informed Naidu that he would strive to strengthen the party in Telangana.
