BJP Asks KCR To Open His Mouth On Miyapur Land Scam

Alleging that land scams worth over Rs 1 lakh crore had occurred in Telangana, the BJP asked the CM why he was maintaining silence over the subject.
Hyderabad | 5th June 2017
Alleging that land scams worth over Rs 1 lakh crore had occurred in Telangana, state BJP official spokesperson Krishna Sagar Rao asked Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao why he was maintaining silence over the subject.

He also warned KCR that the BJP would not let the issue go if he failed to react on Miyapur land scam.

Speaking to the media on Monday, Krishna Sagar Rao said that there were allegations against Deputy Chief Minister Mohammad Mahmood Ali that he had links with the Miyapur land scamsters. He demanded that the Chief Minister keep Mahmood Ali aside from his post till the inquiry was over.

Recalling how quick the Chief Minister was in his criticism of BJP national president Amit Shah's statement that the Centre had given Rs. 1 lakh crore to the state, Krishna Sagar Rao opined that the CM's prolonged silence over the Miyapur land scam was standing out in comparison, and leading people to make all kinds of speculation.
