The Andhra Pradesh State Legislative Assembly could not transact any business for the third consecutive day on Wednesday as legislators from both Telangana and Seemandhra regions remained stubborn on their respective stands over the AP Reorganisation Bill-2013.

Amidst the din, Speaker Nadendla Manohar adjourned the House at about 9.05am for an hour.
There was no change in the scene when the House re-assembled at about 11.23am.
Deputy Speaker Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, who was in the Chair, then adjourned the House within 3 minutes for another hour.
The Assembly couldn't take up any business when it met again at about 2.32am.
