At Komatibanda, along with the Prime Minister, 18 persons would occupy the dais during his public meeting, and two more stages were set for others, Rao said. Elaborate arrangements with complete security and all necessary facilities had been being made for the occasion, including seating for two lakh people, four approach roads and 200 temporary toilets, he added.
Rao said the youngest State of India needed the Centre's cooperation for its rapid growth and development.
